Marsha Landess is a Regional Vice President for Radio-One. She possesses over 30 years of sales experience, and has been with Radio One since 2003. Her career has seen her progress from Training and Development to the Director of Sales, where she excelled in new business development and event marketing. Her performance and leadership catapulted her to Station Manager in 2015 of the company’s four station market cluster in Richmond, VA. She has since added oversight of Radio-One’s Charlotte cluster which includes news/talk powerhouse WBT, sports station WFNZ, Mix 107.9, 102.5 The Block, Praise 100.9, and 105.3 RNB.
