How Much Does It Cost To Attend The BNM Summit?
The standard price for a single ticket to attend our two-day show in person is $224.99. Tickets are however discounted along the way to $174.99. Tickets will remain available until September 12, 2023. They can not be purchased on the day of the show.
When and Where Is The BNM Summit Taking Place?
The two-day conference will take place on Wednesday and Thursday September 13-14, 2023 at the Student Life Center building at Vanderbilt University. The building address is 310 25th Avenue S, Nashville, TN 37240.
Will Food and Drink Be Supplied During The BNM Summit?
We will have complimentary coffee, juice, water and soda on hand for attendees during the show, and a catered lunch. Attendees are also welcome to exit the building to enjoy lunch at a nearby location if that’s preferred.
Are Any Additional Events Taking Place Before, During or After the BNM Summit?
Our BNM Summit Social presented by Ramsey Solutions will originate from P.F. Changs, 2525 West End Ave., Nashville, TN on Wednesday September 13, 2023 from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Free drinks will be supplied during the one-hour social.
The BNM Summit After Party will take place on Thursday September 14th inside the Student Life Center immediately following the conference. It will run from 1:30pm-3:00pm with lunch supplied and a few prizes to be given away.
Which Hotel Do You Recommend Staying At?
Our hotel partner for the 2023 BNM Summit is the Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville. The nightly rate established for attendees is $179.99. Additional details can be found by clicking on the Hotels tab at the top of the page.
Be advised that there are other hotels nearby too but some require taking an Uber to the location or paying higher rates. Homewood Suites is three tenths of a mile from Vanderbilt’s Student Life Center, our venue for the Summit. A shuttle will also be available for folks who prefer to ride over to the Summit instead of walk.
Will The BNM Summit Be Available Virtually?
The BNM Summit will not be streamed. The only way to enjoy the show is by attending in person. We may make sessions available on-demand afterwards but the best way to assure you don’t miss out is by stepping foot in the building.
What Is The Refund Policy on Ticket Purchases?
Ticket purchases are non-refundable for any reason including, but not limited to, missing the event due to illness, travel-related issues, acts of God, and loss of employment. An unused ticket cannot be credited towards future events. You may, however, transfer your registration to another individual. Notification must be received by Barrett Media in writing designating the recipient of the purchased registration, at least five (5) business days prior to the show. We reserve the right to refuse registration to the event and access to the event area/s for any reason deemed appropriate by management.
Are There Any Restrictions During The Event?
Attendees are prohibited from video recording the event and eating inside the room. Violating the rules can lead to removal from the conference. We also ask attendees to silence their phones and be respectful when speakers are on stage and refrain from bombarding our special guests as they exit the stage.
Can I Obtain a Media Credential to the BNM Summit?
If we’re able to accommodate it will be on a case by case basis. This is a private event for media professionals, and BNM is not seeking publicity for the show. Media outlets, trade publications and industry sites interested in covering the event may inquire by emailing [email protected].
