Who Can Attend The BNM Summit?

Professionals working in the radio, television, print, digital, advertising, and research industries, and college students pursuing a career in the media industry. This event is not open to the general public.

How Much Does It Cost To Attend The BNM Summit?

The standard price for a single ticket to attend our two-day show in person is $299.99. Tickets are however discounted throughout the month of January to $199.99. Tickets can not be purchased on the day of the show and they will not be this low again after February 1, 2024.

When and Where Is The BNM Summit Taking Place?

The two-day conference will take place on Wednesday and Thursday September 4-5, 2024 at the Jack Morton Auditorium at The George Washington University. The address is 805 21st Street NW Washington D.C. 20052.

Will Food and Drink Be Supplied During The BNM Summit?

We will have complimentary coffee, juice, water and soda on hand for attendees during the show. Lunch will take place outside the auditorium. A large food court with numerous options is within walking distance of the location.

Are Any Additional Events Taking Place Before, During or After the BNM Summit?

Our BNM Summit Social and BNM Summit After Party will return. Details to be made available closer to the event.

Which Hotel Do You Recommend Staying At?

There are a number of nearby hotels available for those traveling to Washington D.C. for the conference. BNM will have special room rates available soon. Check back for details.

Will The BNM Summit Be Available Virtually?

The BNM Summit will not be streamed. The only way to enjoy the show is by attending in person. We may make sessions available on-demand afterwards but the best way to assure you don’t miss out is by stepping foot in the building. What Is The Refund Policy on Ticket Purchases?

Ticket purchases are non-refundable for any reason including, but not limited to, missing the event due to illness, travel-related issues, acts of God, and loss of employment. An unused ticket cannot be credited towards future events. You may, however, transfer your registration to another individual. Notification must be received by Barrett Media in writing designating the recipient of the purchased registration, at least five (5) business days prior to the show. We reserve the right to refuse registration to the event and access to the event area/s for any reason deemed appropriate by management.

Are There Any Restrictions During The Event?

Attendees are prohibited from video recording the event and eating inside the room. Violating the rules can lead to removal from the conference. We also ask attendees to silence their phones and be respectful when speakers are on stage and refrain from bombarding our special guests as they exit the stage.

Can I Obtain a Media Credential to the BNM Summit?

If we’re able to accommodate it will be on a case by case basis. This is a private event for media professionals, and BNM is not seeking publicity for the show. Media outlets, trade publications and industry sites interested in covering the event may inquire by emailing [email protected].
