Bill Hess is in charge of everything that comes out of the speakers at Cumulus’ Washington, DC, News-Talker WMAL. The VP of all of Cumulus’ News-Talk stations, Hess uses his 40-plus years of ideas to help brands and programmers across the country, serving as a sounding board and in-house consultant. His storied career has led him to programming roles in the nation’s capital, New York City, Providence, and Springfield, MA. He’s also directed Programming for Air America and served as VP/Programming for Red Zebra Broadcasting.
