He has consulted hundreds of stations, and served as EVP/Content & Programming for Cumulus Media where he oversaw a roster of 425 stations and the Westwood One radio networks. He currently operates McVay Media, a full service consulting firm, specializing in helping clients in Broadcasting and Media.
